Troy Hendrickson (Texas A&M MD PhD student) got a 22.19% percentile and a Pre-Award notice on his AHA predoctoral fellowship resubmission. We need to wait for the official award letter, but according to AHA: “Applicants with an application status of “PreAward” will receive an award letter email in approximately 10 business days.” This application went through Texas A&M grant office and I'm Troy's PhD advisor and sponsor.
