Abstract

Care of cancer patients requires excellent communication and coordination. The multidisciplinary approach has proven to be an effective means of sharing information among members of the care team. Radiologists are valuable participants in these teams. This chapter reviews the role of radiology in the multidisciplinary environment and discusses strategies to enhance engagement and communication with other members of the cancer group.
