N2 - Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe a case of long-term observation without topical antibiotic prophylaxis for asymptomatic scleral exoplant exposure. Methods: The medical records of a patient with long-term observation for asymptomatic scleral exoplant exposure were reviewed. Results: No complications or clinical changes were noted throughout a 36-month course of observation for exoplant exposurei.
