N2 - Recurrent, or habitual, spontaneous abortion may be related to anatomic, genetic, infectious, immunologic, endocrine, environmental or psychologic problems. A thorough evaluation of the possible etiologies may lead to an explanation, a therapy plan and a successful pregnancy. Psychosocial support is an integral part of both evaluation and treatment.
