Abstract

Restrictive procedures have been a mainstay of bariatric surgery. Attaining an optimal level of restriction may result in significant weight loss success. However, failure of the restrictive operation due to weight regain or proximal gastric outlet obstruction may necessitiate conversion to another procedure. This chapter deals with the surgical options of revision surgery.
