Abstract

Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) with two and three dimensional reconstruction is a new low invasive imaging method used to determine the precise location and dimension of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) vascular prosthesis and to detect complications such as dilation, elongation, kinking, fissuration, anastomotic pseudoaneurysm, obstruction and periprosthetic collection. CTA is more accurate than B-mode ultrasound for detecting elongation and kinking.
