Dr. Bing Liao is Board Certified for Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She is specialized in wide range of neuromuscular disorders: neuropathy, amyotrophyic lateral sclerosis (ALS), myasthenia gravis, inflammatory myopathy and muscular dystrophy. She is also specialized in various headache syndromes. She performs electrodiagnostic testing, botulinum toxin injections and occipital nerve blocks.
Research interests
Dr. Liao's research interests include laboratory and clinical studies of new therapies for myasthenia gravis, congenital myasthenic syndrome, muscular dystrophy, ALS, CIDP and cancer related neuromuscular disorders. Dr. Liao has been the recipient of several awards and honors through the course of her professional career, including “The American Police Hall of Fame, Life Saving Award”.
Dr. Liao has authored and co-authored many published manuscripts in peer-reviewed clinical and scientific journals, and presented at numerous national and international scientific and clinical annual meetings and conferences.
