Abstract

Our experience with clomiphene citrate has been presented. Four categories of patients were investigated. The results with the patients in Groups I and II show that this drug is a promising one for the induction of ovulation. In patients with postmenopausal endometrial hyperplasia, some regression can be anticipated. The role of this drug in the management of endometrial carcinoma cannot be clearly defined at the present time.
